NO CHILD WITHOUT A FUTURE
World Vision has a long history of taking groundbreaking action that transforms the world. Our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children, in the most difficult places, overcome poverty and experience fullness of life.
Together, we’ve helped millions of children and families out of poverty and we are often first on the ground when a crisis strikes.
Here’s what you need to know about one of the biggest international children’s charities in the world - and how you can be a part of what we do.
Inspired by our Christian faith, we help children – of all faiths and none - in some of the world's most dangerous places. We believe it takes a whole community to create happy and fulfilling childhoods. And we work together with communities, so they're empowered to do just that.
Our integrated approach includes water, healthcare, education, child protection, and income generation. With the aim of allowing every child to fulfil their God-given potential.
Across almost 100 countries, our impassioned community of supporters, volunteers and community leaders work together to transform children's lives. Together, we will never give up.

World Vision is an international partnership of Christians whose mission is to follow our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in working with the poor and oppressed to promote human transformation, seek justice and bear witness to the good news of the Kingdom of God.
World Vision's Christian identity underpins everything that we do, and we are committed to following the teaching and example of Jesus Christ in his identification with those who are poor, vulnerable or forgotten.
Our story began in 1947 when Dr Bob Pierce, an American evangelist and war correspondent, took a life-changing trip to China and Korea. Amid the incredible poverty, one girl’s need tore at his heart.
Our strategy is a promise to vulnerable children – to relentlessly pursue our vision, for every child, life in all its fullness; our prayer for every heart, the will to make it so.
World Vision has six core values that guide and determine our actions, and each value is a challenge that we seek to live and work to every day.
