“When I was 13, my mother [tried to] force me to get married to 30-year-old man. I did not want to get married. I was interested in continuing my education. I tried to convince my mother to stop. Finally, on the day of my wedding, I ran away from home.”

Meghla is now part of a child forum, helping other girls.
